Job Description
  • Perform overnight polysomnograms under medical supervision to evaluate sleep patterns and diagnose sleep disorders.
  • Operate complex medical equipment to record physiological data during sleep studies.
  • Recognize and respond to sleep pathology, ensuring patient safety throughout the study.
  • Analyze sleep study results, generating detailed reports for physicians to interpret.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
