Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Marathon HVAC Service, Inc. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including condensers, heaters, and air handlers
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Proficiency in installing residential HVAC systems
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own hand tools
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
  • NATE Certification
  • Good driving record
  • Experience with small commercial installation
