Daltile is seeking a driven and experienced Showroom Design Sales Manager to lead our team in Anaheim, CA.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the assigned market. You will also play a key role in training, motivating, and mentoring your team of design sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing team of showroom associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, regularly communicate performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Manage all aspects of showroom operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Promote the showroom through various marketing channels and events to maximize brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the tile and stone industry.
  • 1-3 years of successful management experience leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
