The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, driving client success and managing significant advertising budgets.

This role is essential for delivering outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and team members.

• Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and improving campaign performance
• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
• Monitor client accounts daily, providing regular updates to the team
• Perform detailed analysis of campaign data to adjust strategies and consistently meet or exceed KPIs, with a focus on maximizing ROAS

• At least 2 years of media buying experience
• Demonstrated success managing monthly budgets of $50k+
• Exceptional analytical abilities
• Collaborative team player with a strong cooperative mindset
• Proficient in Meta and Google platforms

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
