Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct rehab care to patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • NBCOT certification and current licensure in applicable state
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
  • CPR certification and ability to maintain current certification
