We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at ServiceNet. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Assist with the start-up of new programs, including setting up facilities, hiring staff, and developing program policies and procedures.
- Operations Management: Oversee the overall operation of the program, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Staff Supervision: Teach and model techniques for staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
- Client Care: Ensure the daily affairs, welfare, and safety of our clients, including areas such as nutrition, dress, sleep, and medical services.
- Financial Management: Oversee individual money management needs and ensure that clients have access to necessary resources.
- Crisis Response: Respond to crises via our 24-hour rotating on-call system, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, ISP reviews, and treatment team reviews, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Program Evaluation: Develop and implement individualized goals, behavior plans, and safety plans, ensuring that clients receive targeted support and services.
- Agency Certification: Maintain agency certifications and ensure that our program meets all relevant standards and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or special education.
- Experience: Supervisory or management experience in a human services setting, preferably with a developmental disabilities or brain injury population.
- Skills: Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications, with the ability to pass a background screening (CORI).
- Competitive Salary: $48,620 - $50,620, based on workload, experience, and education.
