As a Events Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through seamless event execution. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with group coordinators and hosts to discuss event details, read and analyze banquet event orders to understand guest needs, and respond to special requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and multitask. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for learning. You should be able to navigate complex situations and think critically to find solutions.
