Intake Coordinator

We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team at Bish's RV. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless communication between customers and our technicians.

About the Job:

• Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and trust.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
• Possess a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
