Job Title: Registered Nurse - Hospice

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team in Temple, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Conduct home visits to assess and address client needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families
  • Document client progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
