We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for administering therapy modalities as ordered by physicians, performing mechanical ventilator operations, and providing critical care services.

• Administer therapy modalities as ordered by physicians, including mechanical ventilation and arterial puncture and blood gas analysis.
• Respond to code blue situations for assigned areas.
• Assist in the transport of ventilator and critically ill patients.
• Verify physician orders prior to therapy treatment.
• Provide accurate reports to oncoming staff at shift end.
• Enter patient contacts into appropriate systems.
• Perform equipment rounds.

• Indiana licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Respiratory Therapy Degree – AAS or BS.
• One-year critical care experience.
• Previous experience with mechanical ventilation, blood gas analysis, and oximetry.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
