We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Foundation Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital sign collection, and documentation of patient information.
- Assist patients with basic hygiene needs, maintain an optimum level of mobility, and provide assistance with nutritional intake as needed.
- Collect patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements in accordance with unit/facility policy and standards of care.
- Recognize and report abnormalities and/or changes in the patient's health status and responses to treatment to a licensed professional.
- Perform procedures and use equipment as delegated by a licensed professional, consistent with demonstrated competencies and according to state scope of practice.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current C.N.A. license in state of practice may be required in certain facilities and/or departments in accordance with regulatory requirements or facility/department policy.
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as effective human relations and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
- Recent healthcare experience.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
