About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to lead our Second Shift team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team setting, providing guidance and support to colleagues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

The starting salary for this position is $21.00 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on assigned customer sites.
  • Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
  • Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
  • Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record
