Job Summary

The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting customers upon arrival. This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including three nights a week and every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones promptly and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their service
  • Close out repair orders in the computer and prepare and make deposits
  • File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
  • Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
  • Input additional service requests into the ATCON spreadsheet
