Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team at Prisma Health. This is a full-time position working days in our state-of-the-art vascular lab.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality echocardiography and peripheral vascular studies, including duplex imaging and plethysmography
- Operate various medical equipment, software packages, and EMR systems
- Participate in daily workflow, rotating through multiple lab locations as scheduled
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely patient care
- Associate degree from a formal sonography program
- One year of cardiac and vascular sonography experience or five years of dedicated cardiovascular lab experience
- Registered in vascular technology (ARDMS-RVT or CCI-RVS) and echocardiography (ARDMS-AE and/or ARDMS-PE or CCI-RCS)
