About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team at @ The Grounds. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Assist in the management of parking facilities, including the collection of parking fees, directing motorists to parking areas, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cash handling tasks, such as making changes, balancing, and recording cash drawer, and prepare cash for deposit or disbursement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including giving directions, handling wheelchairs, and assisting customers to ensure their comfort or safety.
  • Security: Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft, and monitor surroundings to detect potential hazards.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of industry terminology, facility capabilities, and operational procedures, and be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, and others encountered during the course of employment.
