Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an active client base by offering personalized fitness programs and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring timely appointments, meetings, and open availability for clients.
  • Market and sell personal training programs through engaging interactions with members and clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

  • A current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
  • CPR/AED certification; opportunities available for non-certified applicants.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
