Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Physical Therapist at At Home Therapies, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home care, adult day cares, and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, utilizing a range of modalities and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
