Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Guardian Dentistry Partners. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists during various procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for dentists
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
• Take and process X-rays of patients
• Perform lab tasks as instructed
• Greet patients and schedule appointments
• Provide oral hygiene instructions and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with payment procedures and handle general administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in dental assisting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of empathy and patience when interacting with patients
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
