Ridgeview Institute, a leading provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment services, is seeking a skilled Biller/Medicare Collector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate billing and daily bill selection
- Printing claims and secondary claims
- Effective communication with collections staff for prompt rebill
- Understanding of UB and each location code, and payor requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Two (2) years data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of computers and business software application programs (particularly Excel)
- Experience with in-house processing systems
