We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Healthcare Professional. As a Traveling ICU Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU nursing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
