Radiology Team Leader Position in Massachusetts

Job Summary:
The Radiology Supervisor provides technical and administrative leadership to the department through interactions with staff, Chief Technologist and others as necessary. This role involves reviewing work schedules and assigning duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff in operation of imaging equipment
- Evaluate accuracy and quality of images and provide technical assistance to staff
- Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures to staff
Requirements:
- College graduate
- ARRT certification and MA Rad Tech license
- Prior experience and knowledge, including supervisory/management
Additional Information:
This is a full-time and permanent position with shifts in the evenings. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health insurance, life insurance, 401k, and more.
Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
