About the Role:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and provide individualized care plans to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
- Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve optimal mobility and function.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
