Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Aurora Technologies. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating packaging machines, contributing to process optimization, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate packaging machines to meet production requirements
  • Contribute to process optimization to improve productivity and quality
  • Monitor production processes to minimize waste and downtime
  • Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
  • Collaborate with shift leaders and employees to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous
  • Qualification as a machine and plant operator or similar qualification is ideal
  • Technical understanding of machines and process flows
  • Ability to work in cold temperatures (+1 to +4 degrees)
  • Strong teamwork and sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
