Responsibilities- Provide daily nursing operations, including administering medication and ensuring each resident reaches their highest level of functioning.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure they provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Foster leadership skills by working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as a LPN or LVN.
- Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians, and other team members.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
