Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community. Your duties will include:

- Providing preventive care and health education to promote healthy lifestyles
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Washington State medical license and DEA registration in good standing
