We are seeking a warm and engaging Hotel Concierge to join our team at Strand Hospitality Services. As a Hotel Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist guests with various requests, such as making reservations, booking tours, or arranging transportation.
• Stay up-to-date on local attractions, events, and activities to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
