Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and helping them find products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers, handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Omni-Channel Support: Assist customers with online orders, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
  • Merchandise Recovery: Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, including processing returns and ensuring a well-merchandised store.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
