Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assist with vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members, providing updates and information as needed.
