We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Connecticut REAP. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support services, including assisting with daily living activities and medical procedures.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient assessments, treatments, and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and support services.
- CNA certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
- Able to ride the bus to and from school.
- Hourly non-affiliated position.
- Salary range: $20.50 to $21.90 per hour.
