Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in addressing the comprehensive nursing requirements of residents, while actively embracing our commitment to person-centered care.

Work Schedule: On-Call

Compensation: Starting rate between $50 - $58 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a secure and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in the daily life of residents.
  • Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement care plans as necessary, ensuring appropriate supervision of resident care.
  • Coordinate assignments with care partners, holding each team member accountable for the quality of resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Valid RN license (or in the process of obtaining within 90 days) in the applicable state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
