Educational Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or a Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or an equivalent High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

Experience:
No prior experience is necessary for this position, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to the healthcare field.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
- A keen attention to detail is vital.

Certification Requirements:
All team members must maintain their Nurse Aide certification in good standing as per the State Registry. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 45 days of employment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Candidates must be capable of:
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, squatting, bending, twisting, and reaching overhead throughout the work shift.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. from the floor, up to 20 lbs. overhead, and moving up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance.
- Pushing or pulling with a force of 30 lbs. and performing a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Utilizing foot pedals on carts or machines.
- Maintaining functional vision and hearing.

Due to the nature of the role, exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and radiation hazards, as well as blood and body fluids, is expected. Therefore, appropriate protective clothing must be worn as necessary.
