New Vision is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals eager to contribute to the future of agriculture and our communities. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Feed Production Technician.
This role involves performing essential feed production tasks and supporting advanced production technicians in creating customized nutritional feed products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the control panel and manage feed load out.
- Weigh and manually add ingredients according to the mixing schedule.
- Monitor ingredient inventory using the micro bin system.
- Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machinery.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Adhere to regulatory and company policies while maintaining accurate records.
- Support team members in various tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintenance and mechanical skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Attention to detail
- Capability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work in elevated and dusty environments
