Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Holiday Station Stores - Workday. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to maximize sales and net profits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
