Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Educational Background:

Candidate must be a graduate of an AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.

Licenses and Certifications:

All necessary certifications must be obtained prior to employment, including:

  • ARRT Radiography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor
Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist is required.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with physicians, patients, and staff.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Must be proficient in all aspects of Diagnostic Radiology, including:

  • Patient positioning
  • Exposure factors
  • Radiation protection

Additionally, a solid understanding of anatomy and pathology is essential for maintaining high-quality procedures.
