Centers Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of the designated nursing unit
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of staff policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff
  • Maintain high standards of patient care within the unit
  • Evaluate Resident documentation and quality of care
  • Supervise overall patient care and assess individual cases
  • Address inquiries or concerns from Residents and their families
  • Advocate for the unit's needs with senior management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Long Term Care
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Charge Nurse role
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity
