Key Responsibilities:

  • Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
  • Processing of classified mail and receipt records
  • Destruction of classified materials
  • Reproduction support for classified materials
  • Maintenance of daily logs for administrative functions
  • Assistance with data transfer and customer database management
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs
  • Preparation of facility access control badges
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections
  • Maintenance of facility access control entry systems
  • Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database
  • Maintenance of personnel security files
  • Support for security awareness and education programs
  • Miscellaneous administrative support functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years related experience with a degree, or 9-11 years without a degree
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience
  • DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training
