The selected candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from initial concept through to production. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure that we meet customer needs and address challenges in the tire repair market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the creation of new products from concept to market launch
  • Oversee project schedules and workflows for product development and sourcing
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and implement cost-saving engineering solutions
  • Convert customer needs into viable product designs
  • Develop technical specifications, 3D models, and conduct necessary analyses
  • Ensure adherence to product standards and generate required documentation
  • Facilitate product testing and support quality assurance initiatives
  • Work alongside the Product Manager on managing product lifecycles
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360
  • Strong grasp of consumer trends and the innovation process
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project priorities
  • Experience in product development and stakeholder engagement
  • Customer-oriented with a strong awareness of market dynamics
  • Understanding of supplier quotations and fundamental financial concepts

The compensation for this role ranges from $95,000 to $112,000, with an annual target bonus of 8%, contingent on individual and company performance. ITW provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
