Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. You will perform all duties of the caregiver role, including cooking meals, administering medications, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Cook meals and perform housekeeping duties
  • Administer medications and provide total care, including feeding, changing, and transferring clients
  • Use manual lifting and lifting medical equipment, such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
  • Held a full and valid Driver's License for at least 12 months
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
