We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- IV certification if required by state of practice
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior dialysis experience is preferred
