We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our culinary team at Kingston Healthcare. As a key player in our food service department, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents, adhering to dietary guidelines and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, stirring, and mixing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, ensuring it feels like home for our residents.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to provide five-star service with heart.
- Follow food safety and sanitation rules to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Track and restock inventory, ensuring everything is in place.
- Be an ambassador of Kingston Healthcare's commitment to providing high-quality care and service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the food industry or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Compassion and a big heart for our residents.
- Ability to follow dietary guidelines and cleanliness standards with ease.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
