About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity to work as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Hospitalist Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our hospital's medical team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the hospital setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or eligibility for certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
