  • The Vibration Analysis Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting research, design, construction, and maintenance initiatives by utilizing specialized instrumentation to assess vibration levels. This position involves conducting field evaluations at various project locations. The engineer is accountable for the planning and installation of vibration monitoring equipment, including seismographs, as well as troubleshooting, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role includes coordinating surveys of structures to establish vibration thresholds for field assessments and assisting in the development of project scope proposals and data reports. The engineer will prepare and set up equipment at job sites, connect it to web-based data acquisition systems, and monitor data on a daily basis. This position requires work on active construction sites for both infrastructure and building projects. The engineer will work independently or collaboratively on projects of moderate to high complexity. Braun Intertec Corporation provides necessary safety training for site access and safe operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposals for moderate to complex projects.
  • Conduct Pre-construction Condition Surveys of existing structures.
  • Establish equipment and communication systems for remote operations.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geoscience, Geophysics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or engineering consulting is preferred.
  • Licensing and Certification:
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Physical Requirements:
