Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mayo Clinic. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining a high level of service to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in MRI technology
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the radiology department
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography or nuclear medicine program
  • ARRT certified in Radiography or NMTCB
  • ARRT certified in MRI within 18 months of hire or 24 months for Critical Access Hospital, Per Diem, or Supplemental employees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
