We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current NV RN License
- Two to three years current experience in the emergency department, critical care, or extensive EMS background experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Current PALS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
