The Racker will be tasked with the meticulous arrangement and placement of metal components onto racks prior to the electropolishing phase. This function is vital for maintaining the quality and productivity of the electropolishing operation. Previous experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided on-site.

• Precisely position and secure metal components onto racks following established protocols.
• Examine components for any imperfections or damages prior to the electropolishing stage.
• Collaborate closely with the Electropolishing team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with production timelines.
• Keep the workspace tidy and organized in accordance with safety regulations.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed to facilitate the electropolishing process.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to specific instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift weights up to 30 pounds.
• Enthusiasm for learning and collaborating within a team environment.
