Job Overview

At Retail Marketing Services Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRV Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our CRV Project Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient collection and transportation of recyclable materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive to pre-determined routes to collect CRV materials from various sources, including RVM machines, participating grocers/retailers, and events.
  • Load and unload recycling materials into the van/box truck, ensuring compliance with CRV regulations and protocols.
  • Provide light-duty maintenance on RVMs stationed at participating sponsored locations.
  • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to handle and transport CRV beverage containers within the Hub.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRV materials received and shipped from the Hub.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift bags of recycled items up to 50lbs.

Benefits:

  • Hourly rate $20-22.
  • Standard RMS employer-paid benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Coverage).

Physical Demands:

  • Employees may occasionally experience prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or lifting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • May work evening or weekend hours to accommodate activities such as servicing RVM machines or participating in events.
