Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel job in Wellton, Arizona.

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12 hours
• Hours per week: 36

About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
• Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Physical Therapy on an on-going basis.
• Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate.
• Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:

• One to three years' experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
• Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
