Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

As a Screening Specialist, you will utilize specialized security screening equipment in a mobile operation, performing tasks such as:

  • Setting up screening equipment at designated locations as per client requests within TSA guidelines
  • Verifying passenger identification
  • Screening passengers and their belongings for potential threats before granting access to secure areas
  • Maintaining positive control of screened passengers until they board or are transported to their private charter flight

Our Private Charter Screenings are conducted in various locations, and Screening Specialist teams will be provided with a company vehicle to transport both the team and the screening equipment securely. Please note that same-day and overnight travel may be necessary based on assignment requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain an airport badge with customs seal: DHS mandates a 10-year verifiable background check, including criminal and employment history, along with passing a security threat assessment administered by the TSA
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Holding a valid State Security License
  • Capability to pass all initial and recurrent training classes and exams
  • U.S. Citizenship, either by birth or naturalization, is required for participation in mandatory position-specific training
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing with negative results
