Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crop Applicator/Operations Specialist. This hybrid role involves responsibilities as both a Crop Applicator and an Operations Specialist, adapting to seasonal demands and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
As a Crop Applicator, you will:
• Operate sprayer and floater machinery to apply fertilizers and crop protection products safely and efficiently.
• Build relationships with local farmers to understand their chemical and fertilizer needs.
• Manage time effectively in the field while ensuring accurate application of products.

As an Operations Specialist, your duties will include:
• Loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Performing maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Monitoring and maintaining grain quality, as well as assisting in loading trains.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, or Agriculture Application.
• Ability to operate various machinery, including loaders and tractors.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Possession of a CDL license with Hazmat endorsement is advantageous.
• Applicator's license and relevant certifications are preferred.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift and load up to 75 lbs.
