About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment basis. This exciting opportunity will take you to Longview, Washington, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist with Core Medical Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in home health physical therapy, with at least 6 months of experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
